The plant is designed with four coating lines with a combined capacity of 1.70 million linear meters per month. The plant includes advanced manufacturing units, warehousing, and administrative blocks, all tailored to support efficient, large-scale leather goods production. Located on Sikar Rd, Jaitpura, the plant spans over 150000 sq. feet and is equipped with cutting-edge production lines, advanced material handling systems, and energy-efficient infrastructure.

The plant is designed to manufacture large-scale leather accessories. The specialties of this plant are its modern tech-designed smart factory layouts, dust zones, ergonomic workspaces, and temperature-controlled environments to meet global quality and compliance standards. The huge plant construction includes an R&D lab, design studios, quality testing units, staff amenities, and a green zone to promote sustainability.
