Kiran Poddar Library by MAYUR UNIQUOTERS LIMITED

The third in a queue of projects that we are partnered with Mayur Uniquoters Ltd. on is the prestigious Kiren Poddar Library in Dhodhsar, Rajasthan. This is one of our ongoing projects that is aimed at inspiring intellectual growth.
Our role in Kiran Poddar Library as the leading contractor includes complete civil construction, structural development, interior works, and integration of smart infrastructure solutions to support a digitally enabled library environment. It will feature a contemporary architectural layout with dedicated reading zones, digital resource centers, and collaborative learning spaces.
Currently in the advanced stage of construction, the project is going smoothly with an approach to use high-quality workmanship and sustainable building practices and to deliver before the timeline. Having a future-centered approach, we use eco-friendly materials, natural lighting, and energy-efficient systems.
