Foods Production Unit - Chokhi Dhani

We are proud to have completed the construction work of the food production unit for Chokhi Dhani Resort at Mahindra SEZ, Rajasthan. The project was aimed at major development of expanding Chokhi Dhani's presence in the premium hospitality and food production sector.
Our construction work covers the construction of an industrial food production unit, a multi-story hotel building, and a hospitality block with guest lounges, dining areas, and support services. The production unit was built using RCC-framed structures, anti-bacterial epoxy flooring, insulated roofing, and integrated drainage systems—ensuring hygienic and efficient operations. The hotel block features high-quality masonry, soundproofing, HVAC-ready shafts, and luxury finishing provisions. The building was designed for long-term functionality and aesthetic appeal, aligned with the traditional theme of Chokhi Dhani.
We have constructed high coordination between architectural MEP and interior teams. It is delivered with precision, safety, and uncompromised quality. We are currently handling operations and maintenance for the unit to ensure smooth functionality of the equipment.
